RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY — VELVET IVY

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.
If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We accept returns only for items that were shipped by us and are faulty due to an error on our end, such as:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged or defective item

All returned items must include proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care items

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we received the item and informing you whether your refund was approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — posting delays may occur.

  3. Contact your bank — processing time typically ranges from 2–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled on the same date of purchase.
Please note that a 20% management, processing, and transaction fee will be applied to cancelled orders.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
